What are the opening hours?
We're closed on Mondays and Tuesdays (though often open during school holidays). Wednesday and Thursday from 12:00 to 20:00, Friday from 12:00 to 23:00, Saturday from 10:30 to 23:00 and Sunday from 10:30 to 19:00.
Is parking free?
Yes, there's free parking right outside the door at Handelskade 2.
How do I get there by public transport?
Beverwijk railway station is about an 8-minute walk away. We're easy to reach from across Noord-Holland, including Haarlem, Alkmaar and Zaandam.
Is PlayKinetix indoors?
Yes, we're 100% indoors. Rain or shine, it's always party time inside.
How do I book tickets or a package?
Individual tickets can be booked directly online in the ticket shop. Packages are arranged via a request. For larger groups (for example team outings from 12 people or schools from 25 people) we create a tailored proposal via a quote request.

What happens on arrival?
You check in at the front desk and receive a wristband. It takes you through the entry gates into the play areas. At the game room of your choice, you scan your wristband, pick your game and level if applicable, and the room opens up.
How much play time do I get?
A ticket gives you 60 minutes of game time, not counting the game instructions. Within that hour you choose which games and rooms to play. Extra time can be added.
What ages are the game rooms suitable for?
Our park is suitable from age 4. Children up to 10 play under the supervision of an adult — who is welcome to join in or watch from the lounge. Some games are extra challenging.
How many people can play at the same time?
Each room takes 2 to 7 players. Coming with a bigger group? Split into multiple teams and play in different rooms simultaneously.
Are there lockers available?
Yes, there are free lockers where you can safely store your belongings while you play.
How can I pay?
Online you can pay with iDEAL, credit card and other secure payment methods. On site you can pay by card.
Is there supervision while playing?
Yes, a member of staff is always on hand to help and guide the games if you have any questions.
