What ages is a family day out suitable for?
For young and old alike. The interactive games challenge everyone, from children to adults, so you really do play together. Our park is suitable from age 4. Children up to age 10 play under adult supervision — the adult is welcome to play along or watch from the lounge.
Can parents and grandparents play too?
Absolutely. Our games are fun for all ages: joining in is welcome, watching is fine too. Anyone who'd rather take a breather can relax in the lounge.
How long do we play?
A ticket gives you 60 minutes of game time, not counting the game briefing. Within that hour, you choose which games and rooms to play. You can add extra time.
How many people play in one game room?
Each room takes 2 to 7 players. Coming with a bigger family? Then split into multiple teams and play in different rooms at the same time.
What happens when we arrive?
You check in at the front desk and everyone gets a wristband. Use it to enter the park through the entrance gates. At a game room, you scan your wristband, wait until all players are loaded in, choose the game and the level, and off you go.
Is there supervision, and is it safe for children?
Yes. A staff member is always on hand to give instructions and help with questions. The game rooms are designed with safety in mind: there is supervision and no dangerous objects are used.
What's best to wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move around in easily. You'll be running, jumping and working together, so sporty clothing works best.
Are there lockers for our belongings?
Yes, there are free lockers to store coats and bags safely while you play.
Can we get something to eat and drink?
Yes. After playing, you can relax in the lounge with a drink and a snack — food and drinks are taken care of. The lounge also sells crisps, ice cream, drinks and more. We don't serve alcohol.
Can we bring our own cake or treats?
Yes, you're welcome to bring your own cake or treats. Just check with our team beforehand.
Can we come with a large family or reunion?
Of course. For larger families and groups we put together a tailored proposal. Request a quote — you'll hear back within 1 working day.
Do we need to book?
For a small family, simply book tickets online. Walk-ins are welcome, but then we can't guarantee you'll be able to play straight away. For larger groups, arrange it via a tailored quote.
How can we pay?
Online you can pay with iDEAL, credit card and other secure payment methods. On site, you can pay by card.
