- Everyone plays with a personal wristband that automatically tracks the scores.
- Each game room takes 2 to 7 players. Coming with a bigger group? Simply split into several teams and play in different rooms at the same time.

Are you open during the school holidays?
On weekdays we're normally closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but during school holidays we're often open extra days — including Mondays and Tuesdays. Our regular hours are Wed & Thu 12:00–20:00, Fri 12:00–23:00, Sat 10:30–23:00 and Sun 10:30–19:00. Check the current opening hours and tickets online.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend reserving your tickets online in advance, especially during the busy holiday period, so you're guaranteed your spot. Walk-ins are welcome, but we can't guarantee you'll be able to play straight away.
How long do we play?
A ticket gives you 60 minutes of game time, not counting the game briefing. Within that hour you choose which games and rooms to play. You can add extra time.
What ages is it suitable for?
For all ages: young and old can join in and play together — it's a true family day out. Our park is suitable from age 4. Children under 10 play under adult supervision — the adult is welcome to join in or watch from the lounge.
Can parents play too?
Absolutely. Our games are fun for all ages: you can join in or watch from the sidelines. Anyone who'd rather take a break can relax in the lounge.
How many people play in one game room?

What happens when we arrive?
You check in at the front desk and everyone receives a wristband. It takes you through the entrance gates and into the park. At a game room you scan your wristband, wait until all players are loaded in, choose the game and the difficulty level, and off you go.
Is there supervision and is it safe for children?
Yes. A staff member is always on hand to explain the games and help with any questions. The game rooms are designed with safety in mind: there's supervision at all times and no dangerous objects are used.
What if it rains or it's cold?
No problem at all. PlayKinetix is 100% indoors, so you always play nice and warm and dry, whatever the weather is doing outside.
Can we get a drink afterwards?
Absolutely. After playing you can unwind in the lounge with a drink and a snack. Catering is provided by Runderkamp. The lounge also sells crisps, ice creams, drinks and more. We don't serve alcohol.
Can we bring our own cake or treats?
Yes, you're welcome to bring your own cake or treats — handy if someone has a birthday during the holidays. Just check with our team beforehand.
Can I park?
Yes, there's free parking right outside. We're at Handelskade 2 in Beverwijk, easy to reach from all over Noord-Holland and about an 8-minute walk from Beverwijk railway station.
