An honest answer to a fair question

Interactive game park · Beverwijk

Is there a discount
at PlayKinetix?
Short answer: no.

We don't do discount codes, and we don't run offers that apply one week and not the next. What we do have is set out below — with the amounts.

  • None discount codes
  • from €24.50 per person
  • €0 to hold a date

Why we don't have discount codes

You're looking for a discount before you book. Perfectly reasonable — we do the same ourselves. So here you get a straight answer instead of a page that strings you along.

We have no discount codes, no promotional weeks and no was-now prices. The reason is simple: it would mean the price you see today isn't the real price, and anyone who doesn't go hunting would pay too much. That strikes us as an odd way to do business.

What we do have is a price that comes down the more of you there are, and a package that works out better value per minute of play. Both are set out below, with the amounts.

The bigger the group, the lower the price per person

For a team outing or a group booking, the amount per person drops in steps. This is the full set of tiers for the Fun Deal — an hour and a half in all 9 game rooms, with a drink:

  • from 6 people — €33.50 per person
  • from 14 people — €30.50 per person
  • from 21 people — €28.50 per person
  • from 28 people — €26.50 per person
  • from 35 people — €24.50 per person

Between 6 and 35 people that's a difference of nine euros per person. If you're just below a threshold, bringing one more colleague along is often cheaper than leaving them at home.

To the team outings

XL is cheaper per minute than the standard party

There are two versions of the kids' party, and the more expensive one is the better value per minute of play. Here's the sum:

The Kids' Party costs €24.50 per child for two half-hour rounds of play. That's an hour of playing time, so about 41 cents a minute.

The Kids' Party XL costs €29.50 per child for two forty-five-minute rounds. That's an hour and a half of playing time, so about 33 cents a minute. Fifty per cent more playing for twenty per cent more money.

Whether that's worth it depends on the age. Six-year-olds have usually had enough after an hour. From about nine, XL is nearly always the better choice.

What else you don't pay for

Things that are included in the price here and that you sometimes pay extra for elsewhere.

parking

Free, right outside the door. No ticket machine, no parking disc, no multi-storey.

holding a date

You hold a date with no obligation before you book for real. That costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

lemonade at a party

Unlimited, and the XL package includes crisps as well. No separate bill afterwards.

watching

Supervisors and parents who are only watching pay no entrance fee.

A gift voucher for an amount you choose yourself

If you want to give someone something without pinning down a date, there's the gift voucher. You decide the amount, it arrives by email straight away and it's valid for a year. It can be spent anywhere in the park, so on a party or a team outing too.

Frequently asked questions about the price

Do you have a discount code for PlayKinetix?

No. We don't issue general discount codes, so if you come across one somewhere, it isn't ours. What you see online is the price you pay.

Is it cheaper at a quiet time?

For individual tickets the price can vary from slot to slot — check the times to see what applies to your date. For groups the price is fixed, whatever the time. There is one exception with kids' parties: the morning party on Saturday and Sunday starts at €19.50 per child.

Do we get a discount if we come more often?

We're working on it, but there's no loyalty scheme you can sign up to at the moment. We'd rather not promise something that doesn't exist yet.

What's the lowest it costs?

A kids' party starts at €19.50 per child from 5 children (that's the morning party on Saturday and Sunday), and a group outing at €24.50 per person if there are 35 or more of you. Individual tickets are priced per person per time slot; those prices are listed under the tickets.
